Due to the Dream Act failing in the sentate, Familia Latina Unida sent out this message: We must respond immediately to the failure of the Senate and the Congress to act. We must let the President know that we will not accept the continuation of injustice under what all agree is a broken law. Familia Latina Unida calls for coordinated actions of civil disobedience at Homeland Security offices across the nation beginning on December 20. “We want a Christmas without fear, a Christmas in which children celebrating the Holy Family are not in fear that armed men will come to their homes to take away their own family.”
The failure of President Obama and the Democratically controlled House and Senate to pass legislation to fix our broken immigration system has left us all with one objective: a moratorium on deportations and separation of families until legislation still pending in the house and senate is finally acted on. We salute Congressman Gutierrez for his leadership in passing the Dream Act through the House, but we recognize that for nearly ten years the Democratic Leadership has been playing with us – saying they were committed to comprehensive immigration reform, which included the dream act, but doing absolutely noting to move it forward....
Every day, 1100 people are deported. Every day, six million children and young people, 80% of whom are U.S. citizens, 20% of whom are dream act eligible, live in fear of having their families and their lives destroyed.... All of this is happening in spite of the fact that we elected a President who committed in no uncertain terms to stop the separation of families....
The Congressman has said that U.S. citizens must be prepared to “step out of their comfort zone” and be willing to fill the jails until the President keeps his promise and stops the deportations....
`The Movement for the Moratorium has begun! Every Monday in Chicago pastors, elected officials, family members of those facing deportations and youth leaders have blocked the doors of the Homeland Security Headquarters in Chicago and organized mass arrests. Let the nation hear us on December 20th. We will not be silent...
I don’t suppose it’s ever occurred to these self-righteous asses that they and their children wouldn’t have to live in fear if they weren’t BREAKING THE LAW!!!

If an illegal gets caught comitting a crime don’t they get a one way out ticket?
So, hopefully they all show their rear ends and get the boot.
This is what I think. They do not know when to stop, and they do not have an understanding of how native Americans perceive react to this crap. The last time they tried mass demonstrations, it blew up in their faces. They defeat their own cause. They will do it again.

Illegals need to go home. Mexico, Guatemala, Cuba, Canada, China, Vietnam, where ever!
I do not blame people for wanting a better life for themselves and their families, but breaking the laws of the country to want to work in is NOT a good start.
If they were to self-deport, I'd be happy to have a way for them to apply to return legally, and I'd be willing to sponsor the parents of some of the kids I've worked with myself. Otherwise, go back home and fix their s***hole country themselves.
WE WANT — well, folks, there you have it. Nothing about WE are so grateful that we can live in this country and be protected by its laws.
Nope, it’s just WE WANT this and WE WANT that and if we don’t get them, and free, we are going to pout and carry on.
Go back to Mexico if you don’t like the LEGAL process.

Illegals MUST be stopped from voting.
All illegals, no matter where they originate, must be deported, NO exceptions.
The best way to do that is probably to make their continued stay here too uncomfortable for them to remain.
This may not be “Fair” to a few who were brought here without a choice.
Allowing them and their parents to be rewarded with citizenship would be grossly unfair to ALL legitimate Americans.
As to the younger illegals, under 12, give the parent(s) a choice.
They take their kids with them or put them up for adoption.
They are NOT citizens.
I would prefer they take them with them, I’m pretty certain the U.S. adoption programs are already overwhelmed.
Having spent several years in the U.S. these illegals already have a form of education that should allow them to be VERY successful back where they belong.
Unless they just abandon their experience with honesty, ethics, not accepting bribery as a norm, cleanliness, etc. at the border.
I would give them a choice, deport voluntarily and they may take a set amount of their stolen property with them, up to say $20,000.
But if we have to deport them, they leave with NOTHING but the cloths they are wearing.
I would announce a short deadline, no more than sixty days.
After the sixty days all Illegals property to be seized and forfeited along the same lines as drug crime property.
All the more appropriate as it will often be drug crime property.
This would help the state and local budgets in several ways, reduced expense in supporting illegals, and revenue from selling the seized property.
The other thing that must be done is that henceforth any illegals caught do not get a “Hearing”, or released pending legal maneuvers.
They just get incarcerated immediately and bounced out of OUR country ASAP.
Just to be clear, I want this applied to ALL of them, no matter where they originate, and yes, that DOES include Cuba!
So long as we make exceptions we open ourselves to charges of favoritism or racism, no problem, do not make any exceptions.
Could this be what Obama is hoping for.. Civil Disobedience and then a spark some were... Then, well you know... Martial Law?

To me, that is the plan. Nothing else makes any sense.
Don't you think that Obama is too concerned for the survival of our sovereignty as it stands as a nation presently to jeopardize it willfully that way as shown by his actions since frequenting the Washington Beltway?
I know it sounds paranoid, but what the hell? He is losing in every area. He has nothing else to lose... He wants a crisis... The man is Evil.
