Why did they have Dobson’s wife testify, if the orders were never about Lakin’s deployment? She didn't testify at the guilt phase of the trial. her testimony was only at the sentencing phase. A lot more is relevant at that stage than at the guilt phase; that's why Lakin was allowed to testify about Obama's eligibility at the sentencing phase.
