I did not get to see you this summer...hope you are fine and we meet next year. Family too!
I read the advice you were getting about healing and agree you need extra vitamins, but do not forget to have lots of protein too...worked for me after that accident and lots of healing was needed!
Sounds like you will have time to be on FR, I will be looking for you!
