This is precisely the business-as-usual behavior that Republicans told Tea Party voters they wouldn’t engage in.’’
And then he went and voted for it ,in effect saying F-you to the Tea party voters.
I’d say we just defeat the bad Republicans with Tea Party approved Republicans.
I’d say we just defeat the bad Republicans with Tea Party approved Republicans.
I’d say we just defeat the bad Republicans with Tea Party approved Republicans.
Sure, I’ll JUST snap my fingers
Sarah Palin didn’t get John McCain re-elected senator from Arizona... John McCain controls the AZ GOP and it was always a huge uphill for JD who, as it turned out, was a terrible candidate... who also had very little money to wage an effective campaign.
Like that will do anything but benefit the Democratic Party.
sorry about the duplicates. my internet is working bad.
we really haven’t had too much trouble beating bad republicans in the primary.
those are victories.
we should just continue to do what we did in 2008.
there are already 3rd parties for tea party people. constitutional party, libertarian party. never win, always lose.
the tea party is working pretty well. but we’re learning that many republicans suck more than we thought.
a 3rd party could be formed by the liberal republicans. bloomburg, crist, etc.
What does it take to get the GOP leadership to understand that people were not voting for Republicans but for Conservatives? This budget bill is an abomination for those that are fiscally conservative. I realize that this is the lame duck session, but I will not forget those voted to support this budget.
Dang... you do have a point! ;-)
LLS
LOL! You people are priceless!
Did we not just observe what the party does when we primary out its annointed candidates? Excuse me if I don't have a hard on for party loyalty.
Other than the fact that this is not and was never intended to be a democracy, I agree with you wholeheartedly. Even when you aren't offered any actual choices, because both candidates are essentially socialists with different makeup on, the process of voting has served the ruling class very well in keeping America pacified.
The motions of voting, even in the case of predertermined outcome and massive electoral fraud gives the oligarchy the fig leaf that lets people pretend that their vote actually has some small impact. If voting could actually change anything it would be illegal.
Then stay snuggled up with Juan McCain.
You suppose what you have no freaking clue about.....
If you are talking about Lisa Murkowski, the problem is her and I agree the party was all squishy, but when only 1/3 of our senators are vulnerable every six years you are not going to change them in one election cycle, to think you can is niave... Personally, I think Murkowski cheated in AK to win and even if she had run on the GOP ticket and Miller as an independent the outcome wouldn’t change.
