Here is a copy provided to me by the attorney for the Secretary of State for Tennessee. It is the Certification of Nomination. It says nothing about qualifications. She is writing as Chairman of the Democrat National Convention and is presenting the results of the nominating procedure. That's all.

The version I saw "did" have such language. It may have been doctored, or Pelosi may have sent different versions to different states (I vaguely recall commentary that this was the case). At any rate, this is a major lack in the chain of responsibility for our Constitution. I am amazed that NO state has a requirement to have such information provided in order to run, and I certainly hope AT LEAST ONE state passes same before the next election.
