Yeah, this even happened on Reagan's watch and the old folks thought they were stickin it to Ronnie, but Rostenkowski wasn't so sure about that because as a Dem, he din't like alla them old Dems rockin his limo in his own home turf!!!

He, more than Reagan or anyone else got the repeal of this minor change (compared to the loss of Medicare Advantage under Obummercare) on the agenda and passed overnight!!! Let's make history repeat it'self, pronto!!!
