(11-21) 15:03 PST BERKELEY -- Authorities are looking for a 27-year-old Berkeley man suspected of climbing through an unlocked bedroom window in the northern part of the city and sexually assaulting a girl early Sunday morning.

But detectives believe the suspect, Omar Sosa, quickly fled from the Bay Area and may try to escape into Mexico.

Yes, in their home country they face a harsh punishment if caught.

If they are caught here, they are coddled and get to claim victim status

Yes, because in their home country, such as one in Latin American countries, there sometimes exists the penalty of a man getting castrated or put to death for being a rapist who is caught. The penalties are not the same in the U.S., plus we’ve got the politically-correct pity crowd who feels the rapist is a victim.

In the liberal Utopia, where everyone goes “green”, or has guns, stuff like this wouldn’t happen.

Because they aren't illegals, who are treated with great deference in this country.

Seriously, is there a reason these guys do not stay in their home countries and rape people there?Perhaps because we have the highest concentration of lawyers in world in the USA who seek to prevent justice for victims?
