I don’t know if we want to go this route. If they establish that no marriage took place between 0bama Sr. and Ann Stanley Durham, then I think his citizenship would follow his mother’s.
It is what it is, let the truth come out. However, there were divorce proceedings between the two of them.

The Hawaiian Department of Health released a listing of marriages that showed Stanley Ann Dunham was married to Barack Obama Sr.

IF obama was born in Hawaii, he could claim citizenship under the 14th amendment, however this is not Natural born citizenship and he would still be ineligible to be President. IF he was born in Kenya( 90% chance) then being born to a underage American mother he is a Kenyan national.IN 1961 she was not able to convey citizenship due to age. IN either case obama is ineligible to be President. obama is not nor never can be the President of the United States.
First of all Stanley Ann Dunham would not have been old enough to “confer” citizenship on the child (as stated by the law at the time).
Secondly, the child bears no resemblance whatsoever to Barack Obama Sr. (short in stature, different facial and physical features).
More likely the child is the progeny of Frank Marshall Davis or Malcolm X, who was active in Seattle at the same time the Dunhams were lving there prior to their abrupt move to Hawaii.
If his biological father is anyone but BHO Sr., then he has committed fraud (2 memoirs fabricating a narrative) and potentially in Illinois as well when he sought public office.
Let’s just face it, the guy is a total fraud.
Barack Obama Senior was already married in Kenya when he showed up here in the good old USA, courtesy of President Eisenhower.
There is no record of a marriage between him and Stanley Ann ever having taken place. However, there is ample evidence of a divorce. The divorce file does not contain a marriage certificate.
Legally, BHO, Sr. is established as the official father of record by assuming responsibilities in the divorce. But, we still don't know if
(a) they actually went through a wedding.or
(b)exactly when and where Stanley Ann had the child.
This could be one of those deals where they marry the young girl off to a handy volunteer. But at least, bigamist or not, BHO, Sr. was alive. Bill Clinton's Uncle Ray the Hot Springs fixer, may have actually married off his Mom, a town floozy, to a dead guy by some adroit after-the-fact paperwork. Uncle Ray forgot to notice that Blythe, the Dead Guy, already had a wife and family in Texas and that he had been in the Army in Europe until just a couple of months before the Billy Birth.
