Wikipedia scrubs article on eligibility challenge

Wikipedia has scrubbed an entry on the court-martial of Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin, the Army officer who has refused orders because he questions the eligibility of the commander in chief.

The popular online encyclopedia redirects a search of Lakin's name to an entry entitled "Barack Obama citizenship conspiracy theories."

The creator of the entry calls the move "a clear attempt by the Wikipedia community to label inquiries into Barack Obama's eligibility to be president as a 'conspiracy theory."

"While Wikipedia has a process for readers to comment after an article has been nominated for deletion, the time between my article being nominated for deletion, being rescrubbed and then being redirected to the Obama conspiracy theory article was a total of only one hour and 11 minutes," said "Al," who wants to remain anonymous because he fears reprisals from Obama supporters.

Yesterday, WND participated with Al in an hour-long interview on Peter Boyle's Denver radio show on 630 KNOW that focused on the Wikipedia scrubbing.

Al pointed out that the deletion process usually takes much longer on Wikipedia, allowing for a rigorous defense and robust debate over the article in question that can stretch over several days.

Lakin faces a court-martial trial scheduled Dec. 14 because he refused orders to deploy to Afghanistan unless Obama can prove his credentials to be eligible for president under the "natural born Citizen" requirements of Article 2, Section 1 of the Constitution.

Health Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino has made a statement declaring she had seen the original vital records verifying that Obama was in fact born in Hawaii. Also the state law bars the release of a certified birth certificate to anyone who does not have a tangible interest. There have been many lawsuits against the claim that Obama was born in Hawaii but all of them were unsuccessful. The US house of representatives unanimously passed a bill which had a passage stating that Obama was born in Hawaii. If the courts and our legislative body have all declared and accepted that Obama is in fact a US citizen and was in fact born in Hawaii how is this even an issue anymore. According the the constitution the legislative branch is responsible for making laws and bills while the judicial branch is responsible for interpreting and deciding the constitutionality of government and their laws. Both branches have agreed on this topic and acted accordingly so according to the constitution President Obama’s US natural born citizenship status has been decided and declared. It was Lakin’s responsibilty and duty to follow what Obama’s orders were.

According to HDOH responses to records requests, the vital records Fukino saw are not legally valid because they have been amended. The vital records could say he was born on the moon and it makes no LEGAL difference, because the birth certificate has no legal value.

And for Fukino to not tell anybody that is a violation of federal law (Federal General False Statement Act).

Hawaii laws and rules require the HDOH to release to anybody who asks for it a NON-CERTIFIED abbreviated birth certificate for Obama. They refuse, just like they refused to have their Administrative Rules published on their website at all times.

In addition, since Fukino made her announcement regarding Obama’s birth certificate, Hawaii law requires her to disclose to the public the documents she relied upon to make the statement - IOW Obama’s “vital records verifying he was born in Hawaii”. She refuses.

The HDOH has indirectly confirmed, in 2 different ways through official communications, that the Factcheck COLB is a forgery. When asked directly whether she would report a known forgery to law enforcement, Janice Okubo said she cannot reveal ANYTHING about a birth certificate. IOW, she CANNOT tell anybody whether Factcheck is a forgery or genuine. But she did tell us that the certificate number is given by the HDOH on the “date filed”, which reveals that the Factcheck cer# and “date filed” are incompatible with each other and either or both have been altered.

Given those things that we know, Congress cannot legally say where Obama was born because they COULD NOT have seen a legally valid BC from Hawaii. IOW, anything they passed saying Obama was born in Hawaii is AT BEST legally unsubstantiated.

Regarding the judicial branch, to this point they have only decided one thing: it is only a couple people’s business whether we have an illegal POTUS and whether government officials broke laws to put an illegal POTUS in place.

Regarding Lakin, how can he be required to follow the orders of somebody who has never even been lawfully declared the winner of the electoral vote to become the President elect (since Cheney never asked for objections as required by law)? Even if he HAD lawfully been declared the winner/Pres elect, he could not have fulfilled the Constitution’s final step of “qualifying” by Jan 20, 2009, since he doesn’t have a valid Hawaii BC with which to prove his birth date, birth place, or parentage, which all factor into Constitutional eligibility.

The only way Obama even got on the ballot is because Pelosi perjured herself to say he was the DNC’s “duly chosen” candidate - even though Pelosi was supposed to rely on the state democratic parties finding Obama Constitutionally eligible and the Hawaii Democratic Party- the alleged birth state of Obama - refused to certify that. Nobody in the Hawaii Democratic Party or DNC ever even asked to see Obama’s BC or asked to have his birth facts verified. IOW, Pelosi swore to something that she (at best) didn’t know was true after being alerted that the people who should have known his eligibility refused to certify it. She signed it without ever checking it out on her own.

Obama should never even have been on the ballots because he was NOT the “duly elected candidate” of the DNC. The DNC failed to follow their own bylaws requiring that their candidate be Constitutionally eligible.

Obama has not lawfully fulfilled ANY of the requirements to become POTUS - either by qualifications or by procedures.

I will be working on that route.

But how do the Congress-critters, bureaucrats, judges, and media EVER LEARN that they put the nation in critical danger when they abandon the rule of law?

Because if it’s not this crisis that finishes off America it will be the next crisis that Soros’ communist-Islamist cabal manufactures. Lawlessness is not sustainable; this is more dangerous than carbon emissions ever were or ever will be. We have only to look at what Obama’s cousin Raila Odinga did in Kenya - manufacturing an election crisis to instigate bloody riots to get in power, and then once in power pushing for sharia to pay off the lawless thugs who put him in power. That’s what happens when there is no rule of law, and when lawless thugs perceive that there is a vulnerability they can exploit.

That’s what’s coming to America if we don’t ever get a grip on the real crisis here - the real thing that makes us uneasy as we watch government take over whole industries, reach to grab our crotches in public, and shut down whatever websites they darn well feel like shutting down without having to answer to anybody. It is a lawless coup and we all feel it in our guts. Everything we see tells us that.

We already have laws that are supposed to prevent this stuff from happening. But they haven’t stopped anything, because we are ruled by lawless thugs who couldn’t care less what the laws say and have legally knee-capped us to make the only means of accountability the Second Amendment.

Lawless thugs like those who effected the Obama coup hear one language: raw physical power. And right now the Islamists speak that language a lot more clearly than Suzie Homemaker like myself or Joe the Machinist who’s just trying to eke out a living. Unless and until Suzie and Joe learn to speak just as loudly as Mohammed and Shabazz, the DOJ and every other government entity is going to do what they darn well please to Suzie and Joe, and bow down low to Mohammed and Shabazz while letting them walk all over us.

The rule of law as enforced by law enforcement and the courts has always been what kept America from being just like every other two-bit third-world nation ruled by whoever can shoot the most enemies to grab power. The courts and law enforcement better learn their significance now, because if they refuse to stand in the critical gap between order and anarchy, there is no other choice but violence between 2 factions who have to get their power outside the law. If we can’t resolve conflicts in a fair court governed by laws, then the “political polarization” will necessarily and inevitably become all-out war.

Like in Iraq, where Shiites and Sunnis each have their militias. Now that the fair arbiters (coalition forces which are neither Shiite nor Sunni) are out of the picture the Muslims are openly massacring and threatening the Christians. That’s what happens when you don’t have fair referees and a trustworthy process.

These judges, law enforcement, and bureaucratic personnel are the “fair arbiters”. If they refuse to do their jobs then we have a free-for-all at their hands.

Unconscionable. Absolutely unconscionable.

Mark my words. If we allow this to happen we will all eventually suffer beyond our wildest nightmare. Nature abhors a vacuum and if we fail to uphold the rule of law, Afghanistan will eventually look like a walk in the park compared to what we will see in America when Islam and communism make their move to force a formerly free people to submit. I think Bill Ayers and his buddies estimated 25 million people would have to be exterminated. That’s the mindset we’re contending with here. This is not child’s play. Against this, a law here or there is no defense.
