Mel Gibson was persona non grata on "The Hangover 2" set ... but not so with Former President Bill Clinton.
Bubba was spotted on the set in Thailand yesterday (left) where we're told extra security was added for his presence.

Watching Bill Clinton on TV is almost as bad as a Hangover!
Is the full title “The Hangover 2: The day after the Bill and Hillary Wedding”? ‘Cause I’m sure Bill didn’t remember what happened the day before (of course, being lawyers, Bill and Hillary can’t recall anything...).
In all fairness, would you want to remember your wedding (especially the wedding night) if the bride was Hillary?
