Not quite true.
There are only seven states which impose no personal income tax of any kind: AK, WA, NV, WY, SD, TX, and FL.
TN and NH tax dividends and interest income - which is income, in my book.
I'm sure that TN is still an outstanding state in most other respects, however.

You know, I’m not against an personal income tax, per se, but I am against such that are:
A) ‘withheld,’ that is the money taken BEFORE you are ever paid, and
B) “Progressive,” I believe that the rate of taxation should be the same across the board.
