If Cody complained about the presence of these same “students” at his school, would they be removed?

Actually, when the students complained would have been the opportune time to explain the freedom of speech and expression issue with these students. It would have also been a great time to explain to them what the flag stood for. And if they didn’t like it, the school official should have suggested they go ahead and take it to court. They have have done so, but it would have been better to see the court demand the kid take it off his bike than have the school do it.
