I've noticed the trend too.

Maybe you have RINO tendencies?

“George W. Bush on the Tea Party Movement: “I See Democracy Working” (Video)”

If he can see it there, why can’t he see it in what Gov. Palin is doing? I really wonder if that was an accurate report yesterday.

I’m tired of hearing the word “democracy”. Criminy W! We are a Representative Republic. Does the pledge say “and to the democracy for which it stands”?! Is the song called “Battle Hymn of the Democracy”?!

I really wonder if that was an accurate report yesterday.

Not as far as I can tell. First of all, it was an anonymous source. Do you trust anonymous?

Secondly, the article said :a Republican official familiar with Bush's thinking.

A mind reader?

And then there's this:

Bush on Oprah to be aired next Tuesday:

OPRAH: So your brother Jeb was recently asked by CNN if he would support Sarah Palin for president. Did you hear that? In 2012.

PRES. BUSH: Yeah.

OPRAH: And he responded, “You betcha.” Do you think that Sarah Palin is the one for the Republican party in 2012?

PRES. BUSH: You know, I am not a political pundit. I’m really not. And secondly, a lot is gonna happen between now and the nominating process. I — I have no clue.

OPRAH: I’m not asking you to pundit.

PRES. BUSH: Yeah, you are.

OPRAH: I’m just asking you your opinion.

PRES. BUSH: You’re asking me to wade back into the swamp.

OPRAH: Come on in. Come on in.

To all Bush haters.

Al Gore and John Kerry would have made great presidents?

Stupid question, but I’ll give my POV, they may very well have been stopped in their socialists quests well before the country has come to where we are now. Bush called himself a “compassionate conservative” which is nothing more than a RINO. He doesn’t deserve to use the word “conservative” in relation to his style of governing.

I’m tired of people on the other side throwing Bush in our faces as if he was a conservative, he wasn’t. He’s a decent guy, but that’s not what you need in there, he didn’t want to get his hands dirty and fight the dirty fight that needs to be fought with the slimy opposition. I liken it to the premise if McCain had won, do you seriously think we’d be sitting here now with a majority in the house? That past election would have been a disaster for us.

John Kerry or Al Gore would have been stopped dead in their tracks, and we wouldn’t be pussy footing around with being afraid to dump them like we are with the tool who presently occupies the White House because of race.

So to answer the question, yes, I think we would have been better off with either one of the two socialists, because we could have nipped the socialist crap in the bud many trillions of dollars and years ago. And to all you Bush lovers, I agree he is a good patriotic man, but what this country needs is someone with guts, who will push back at the media, not someone who wants to please everyone.

Not with the congress we had in place at the time. And Kerry and Gore wouldn't have scared people as Obama has. It took an unknown stranger that's a marxist to wake the people.

Makes sense, just like shelling your own position in order to confuse the enemy.

Apparently those who express opinions you don’t share are “disgruntled school children.”

How very “progressive” of you.

Do you seriously believe Gore and Kerry are the standards by which we should judge a president who calls himself a conservative?

My standard for great presidents is the only great president of my lifetime — Ronald Reagan.

“He gets it.”

Now he gets it. He should have ‘gotten’ it 4+ years ago.
