Why would Miller’s name be on the list when he’s on the ballot? Typically, the write-in list would NOT be inclusive of anyone who was legitimately on the ballot. This is a non-issue. Anyone stupid enough to write in a candidate who’s name is already on the ballot deserves to not have their vote counted.
