They snap their fingers, get a retired judge to meddle in an election, and then produce this smarmy, wordy, dishonest crap masquerading as journalism. The press routinely attacks Republicans down the home stretch of an election year, and then then forgets about it. That's intentional. They don't want anyone connecting the dots on these last minute smears and how often they happen.
They did it to Bush Senior in 1992, to Bush the Second in 2000, and but for Buckhead and FR would have done so in 2004.
But the GOP always rolls over. They never fight back. They never challenge these media pirates as corrupt referees.

It’s not strange, it’s judicial corruption, displayed in broad daylight for all to see, pure and simple. IMHO

How does a Retired judge make a binding ruling on anyone, let alone on Saturday. I wouldn’t comply with an order like this, Judge has no authority to make such a ruling especially one that is supporting Lisa Murkowski since Joe is running against her.

all you’ll get is double standard. DEM privacy must be respected, GOP privacy don’t exist. We live in a society where some are more equal than others (Animal Farm)

“The public’s need to know is more compelling than Mr. Miller’s right to privacy since he is now a candidate for the U.S. Senate. Therefore, the documents should be released,” Burbank ruled.

The judge’s decision is offensive to the rule of law.
Your private documents will be released because others want to use them against you, so therefore you have no privacy ....
What?????
Shouldn’t this include the other campaigns’ private memos, by the same logic?

No one questions the timing here, the background of this “retired judge” or the motives of the people seeking this. This is a one sided sham, designed to influence an election. If a Republican dares raise any point about a Democrat, that official is ignored, impugned, castigated, harassed, or all of the above.
We should have a running dirty tricks thread this week, summing up all the bullets the Dems and their media pals fire at our candidates.

What is it we supposedly need to know from these files? Somehow I’ve missed that particular detail.

This judge needs to be judged and retired.
To: libh8er
"Retired Superior Court Judge Winston Burbank...."I don't get it. Is he retired from being a Superior Court Judge and is now a District Judge or some other kind of judge? Because if he is just a Retired Judge how can he order anything?
