I always raise my eyebrows when I hear the term. I can understand absentee ballots for some circumstances. "Early voting," however, sounds like it's rife for fraudulent voting.
Early voting means also early polling data, early counting, and a better estimation of how much potential fraud must be employed to "catch up" in the votes. I don't care for it.

Early voting results aren't available. The state publishes how many people voted in the 15 most populous counties, but not the results.
You don't see the results from early voting until the returns start to roll in on Election Day.
