I agree, that’s what should be done and done as soon as the RATS lose the House, then do away with the EPA as soon as we can.
I’m trying to keep track of the industries Obama’s EPA seems intent on killing. So far, as best I can recall, the list includes cement manufacturers, oil refiners, users of industrial boilers, cattle ranchers, and pretty much any industrial or agricultural activity in the watershed that feeds the Cheasapeake. I’m sure there are more. Those are just the ones I recall reading about.
I so hate obama you have no idea.
beat me to it lol
The second thing for the Republicans to do when they take over Congress is to defund the EPA. Cut off their money, give them NADA!! Of course, the first thing still remains - start issuing subpoenas.
“What ISN’T Obama trying to destroy these days?”
Was thinking the same thing. Can’t come up with a single US industry the obamanation’s administration isn’t actively working to destroy or take over.
Mining? Energy? Farming? Auto? Cement and concrete? Cattle? Light bulbs? Insurance? Health care? Yup, they’re all in the cross hairs.
Sure I missed some. And then he’s claiming to be pro-business lately. Delusional!
The left wrote the book on how to fight the government. The National Beef Association needs to man up and sue the EPA at every turn. If they loose file an appeal and another suit for something else. Tie them up in litigation and FOIA demands until they pick an easier target.
Has the EPA completed a comprehensive environmental impact study that includes the economic impact of their new regulations? Thats the first place to start.
Clearly the lunatics are running the asylum at EPA.
It is TIME to DownSize DC!
Eliminate entire departments! Starting the the Federal Department of Education and the Environmental Protection Agency.
If you evaluated them honestly on the cost benefit basis neither would have a positive value. In the case of both, the Nation would be better off if they did not exist at all.....
Dust Regulations.
Yeah, I’m familiar with that.
In CA. you can’t use a dozer/tractor if the wind is coming from a certain direction.
If you have dirt exposed you have to cover it with hay so dirt doesn’t get onto the road way.
You can also be fined (heavily) if dirt gets into a water way.
Like the unions, NAACP, and the ADL, the EPA once did some good things. But over the years, it's morphed into a part of the government that exerts far too much control over our lives. I realized that the EPA can't be "fixed" when they declared CO2 a threat to "public health."
Mark
going = doing
When that happens, their inspectors will go out and never be heard from again.
It will reach a breaking point, but when? It will be when so many backs are against the wall there is no other place to retreat to. This is do the loss of the American spirit of fighting back and standing up for what is right. We are intimidated by the law, the legal system, the players, the media, the schools, etc. and this is the end result.
So while I agree that this will break at some point, I believe the people will take much more of it before they can no longer bear it. However I believe that it will be to late by then. The economy will be in a hyperinflation, goods and services will be hard to come by in a country of 300+ million people. That is a very lethal combination. Then our enemies overseas will be salivating while we fall on our own sword. At some point they will be tempted to finish the job if the opportunity arise.
Reading stuff like this, nothing would please me more than communist politicians starving to death. Those damned monsters are sowing the wind, but will reap the whirlwind.
