This is the only shot from that angle I have seen all day.
And we want to make sure we're not comparing apples and oranges, i.e., make sure both shots are of each event's peak crowd.

There were (oh by the way, I am a FAN) pics on Huffington Post today that were generally flattering but following a link off of HUFFPO to look at photos posted by supporters who attended the rally led to this link where I first saw the photo above:

It’s the last in the gallery display and remains on screen after completion of the slide show. There’s no time stamp. The most ‘flattering pic’ of the rally (still shown in reduced size at Huffpo as I write this) is taken from the podium side of the reflection pool and does not show flanking grass areas - just people lining the water
From the shadows, the Sun was on the left, and higher in the sky on the Beck photos. I would guess about noon-1PM on the top one (Hazy, so it's a hard call) and 2:30-3PM on the Anarcho-Communist one.
