He says a conservative republican judge and lawyer blocked proposition 8 in California? Which leads him to believe there is no difference between Dems and Repubs.

Something doesn’t ring right here. I suspect he has mis-labled the judge and lawyer, they can hardly be conservative ruling in favor of same sex marriage. The judge and lawyer must be rino’s.

Thenlawyer was Ted Olsen, conservative and successful in many cases in the Supreme Court. He did argue the Bush case in the Florida recount. Don’t know who the judge is that he refers to. Paul, the south side Chicago guy is well informed. Must follow some conservative media. I liked his idea that we should influence Mexico to clean up it’s act so it’s citizens don’ need to leave. A very eloquent man. He should be encouraged to seek office, and be helped.

Here's an article from SFGate.com (Feb 7, 2010) about Judge Vaughn Walker. It says he was appointed to the bench in 1989 by President George H.W. Bush, and that he is known to be homosexual by politicians and lawyers in San Francisco that are homosexual.

Kate Kendell, head of the National Center for Lesbian Rights doesn't think that the judge's sexual orientation will in any way bias his view [OH, REALLY!]. As evidence, she refers to the judge's conservative, albeit libertarian, reputation.

Judge being gay a nonissue during Prop. 8 trial
