Gates and Patreaus were suppose to swear their loyalty to THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

BTW since when is it constitutional for the military to get involved in politics. and make no mistake this was to keep Bubba campaign gold. Instead of the discussion of his blatant incompetence.
