A video which looks between the lines of the birth announcements and the official statements from Hawaii.
Keep it alive!
i hope the new congress demands some answers
“Just wondering ? if the so called COLB is legit, then ? who gave the authority to release that information on the Internet since it’s against Hawaii law to disclose any information other than someone who is i.e. related to Obama or has a tangible interest ?
Did Obama give the OK to release the COLB on the web sight Factcheck.com in 2008 ? did Obama give Robert Gibbs the ok to release it since Robert Gibbs even said that he was the one who placed that COLB on the Internet ?”
No, the COLB is not a genuine document, it is a Photoshopped fake. In June, 2008, after viewing the Certification of Live Birth, on Obama’s “Fight the Smears” website, Janice Okubo, of the Hawaii Health Department stated, “I don’t know that it’s possible for us to even say beyond a doubt what the image on the site represents.” Hawaii State officials have even refused to say that they provided it to Obama, or to verify that it is authentic. Here is a link to a video about that:

The Hawaii Statue is not binding on the document holder. In other words, if you wish to post your birth certificate online, there is no law against that. His COLB was posted to fool people into believing he is eligible for office. He has not dared to present it in Court, because it is a fake.
Although Factcheck claims that they got a copy from Obama’s campaign, I believe they copied it from the Daily KOS website. If you download a copy from Obama’s COLB from Fightthesmears.com, and open it with Notepad or Wordpad, you will see the name “Ducky” and “Adobe” on the top line of texts, telling you that someone named Ducky, Photoshopped the image. If you do the same with the COLB from KOS or Factcheck, you will find they both say, “Adobe Photoshop CS3 Macintosh 2008:06:12 08:42:36”. I am talking about the scanned COLB here, not the Factcheck photographs.
I was saying ( IF ) ... and who gave the authority ( IF ) it’s legit ?
