$75,000 More to Support Christine O'Donnell
The Tea Party Express (website: www.TeaPartyExpress.org) reported to the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) on Thursday that it has pumped another $75,000 into its Independent Expenditure campaign in support of Christine O'Donnell.
"There's more to come," said Amy Kremer, Chairman of the Tea Party Express.
"In the final 5 days of this election we're going to go all-in for Christine O'Donnell, and defeat Mike Castle who was ranked the most liberal Member of Congress in the last year," Kremer added.
##
In just 4 days the critical U.S. Senate GOP primary will take place in Delaware for the seat that had been held by Vice President Joe Biden.
This has become a critical national election representing a battle between conservatives and tea party activists who are backing Christine O'Donnell and liberals who are backing liberal RINO Mike Castle. Mike Castle is so far to the left that he had the most liberal voting record of any Member of Congress last year.
The most recent poll showed liberal Mike Castle (with 43%) and conservative Christine O'Donnell (41%) in a dead-heat. This race is going to be a nail-biter, and we are poised for a great victory for the conservative in this campaign - except we have one big problem.
That problem is this: we have thus far been able to keep up with the campaign fundraising of Mike Castle who has over $2 million and has been dumping more and more money into TV and radio ads. We must be able to fight back in these final 5 days and raise money to match liberal Mike Castle dollar-for-dollar on the airwaves.
I assume this has a typo, and should say 'of any Republican Member of Congress...' At any rate, a worthy target to take out.
question: why is this the first mention I have seen of this head-to-head poll between the two candidates? I have seen a couple posted (several times each on FR) showing how they would fare vs the Rat candidate, but not a head to head. Is it a new poll?

The National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) is endorsing Christine ODonnell for election to the U.S. Senate in Delawares September 14th Republican primary.
We can count on Christine ODonnell to defend the Second Amendment freedoms of Delaware’s law-abiding gun owners, hunters and sportsmen.
Christine ODonnells commitment to preserving the Second Amendment has earned her an AQ rating and endorsement from the NRA-PVF.
Just sent in a contribution! Go O’Donnell!
They got this one right this time!
With Palin now in the mix supporting Christine she has a fighting chance. I just wish it had happened a month ago instead of so late.
The NRA and Senator Jim DeMint are on board now too!
