Bet you haven’t seen these yet! The photos were taken on Monday while President Bush was still in NYC. He and many other celebrities participated in Cantor Fitzgerald’s and BGC Partners, Inc.’s annual Charity Day which helped to raise money for various charities. If you remember, Cantor Fitzgerald lost many of its employees at the World Trade Center in the Sept. 11th attacks.

Just thought people should know (in case they don’t recognize him) that actor Richard Thomas is in the photo you captioned, “Model Karolina Kurkova, President Bush, & Howard Lutnick.” Richard Thomas played the character John-Boy in the old series “The Waltons.” :)

pattyvita, thank you, so very much, for these awesome pictures. Isn’t is something to see the all people around President Bush smiling and seems like they want to shake his hand or just be near him (i’d go for a huge hug..of course, Secret Service may not be too happy with me...lol). The media would have us believe that President Bush is disliked....NOT! He is LOVED and great admired and respected for his integrity, strength, good moral values and, especially, for his love of America, her citizens and our great military and their families.

Sorry for rambling....just makes me sooo happy to see ‘W’!

Cantor Fitz lost something like 650+ people .. simply
stunning and tragic. And they’ve been incredible in their
care and financial support of the families of the murdered.
I think 25% of their revenue goes into trust for those
dear folks. Amazing conscience and compassion.

I honestly did not know who he was until you both mentioned his name. I found the photos from a blog site and I just copied the names of the people standing next to GW. Richard Thomas’ name was not ever mentioned. Thanks for your helpful input!:)

My pleasure. Glad you all enjoy the photos a lot. The notion that President Bush is hated by the general public is utter nonsense. Look at how many people want to have a picture taken or even spend a moment with him. They may not like some of his policies but they like him as a person. He just has an aura and charm about him that is irresistible.

All right, some new updates on President Bush. He was in Hershey, PA last light to speak at Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry and gave his insights on the Middle East uprisings, the economy, the Flight 93 memorial and the 2012 election.
