Wrong. As we saw when the GOP "controlled" the Senate from 1994 to 2006, it was the RINO wing that called the tune--and it wasn't much different from a Democrat tune. In fact, it set the stage for the radical Democrat leadership we have now.

RINOs are a short term solution but a long term disaster.

Better a short term problem now (Democrats in power) and a long-term solution (conservative Republicans in power) later.

If democrats retain congress as opposed to a republican majority in coming elections, IT WILL IMMEDIATELY INCREASE MY TAX BURDEN by thousands of dollars in 2011. There is no time for slow burn. The effect will be IMMEDIATE. My heirs will fork over 7 figures in death tax if Bush tax cuts are allowed to expire.

OTOH very few Rino’s will vote to kill Bush tax cuts. May be if you are in a low income bracket, you don’t care about taxes. For me, taxes are the biggest of issues.
