Sweeping it under the rug, pulling in your horns, and walking around in shame? I say she should move on, recognize the sin and repent, and make the most out of her life. One mistake doesn’t define Bristol Palin for me, especially as young as she was.
I think the 125,000 to 245,000 she’ll make for the show will help her childrearing out a lot. You guys and gals don’t seem to realize there is always money attached to TV, in one direction or the other, excluding pure news shows and even they violate that often.

You don’t seem to understand the fact that the more Levi acts like an ass, the worse the Palin family looks. Bristol picked him as the father of her child. She wants that idiot as her husband. Sarah and her husband welcomed him into their family. Every time Levi is on the show it highlights the bad choices of the Palin family.
It makes people say,
“thank God they lost the election! Praise the Lord that this woman and her children are not in Washington DC representing our country to the world!”
and
“we certainly DO NOT want this drama in the White House”!
Because Bristol and Levi and their “drama” would most certainly be on page one, if Sarah was President.
It may be the first time I ever watch that show.

She barely got her GED. Shouldn’t she be at home with her baby and would not her time be better spent pursuing a college education or at least some type of technical skill?

There is a reason why reality shows like American Idol and Dancing with the Stars have dominated the ratings. It's among the few programs that one can watch where homosexuality, sleazy sex or liberal propaganda isn't forced down one's throat.
You're assuming she can control what Bristol does. Obviously, she can't or she would have prevented Bristol from briefly hooking back up with Levi.

Certainly not. It will mean nothing to those who are not already predisposed against her; and his antics will look petty and absurd, and only reinforce that she made the right decision to cut him loose. You give Levi Johnston too much power over Sarah Palin, and I suspect you do so on purpose.
Meanwhile, if you have ever bothered to watch DWTS, you would know that it is a classy, apolitical show where contestants grow in front of the viewers’ eyes. Being on the show has raised the public stature of every participant, and launched and re-launched many careers.
I am excited for this to happen. Levi is going to look even smaller than he already does, and Bristol will be the apple of many viewers’ eyes for the duration of her stay. She is a lovely young lady, and she will get to prove it without the interference of the tabloids.
Only those predisposed against Sarah Palin will try to make this a negative. It is not.
