Why isn’t it anyone elses business? I don’t understand that statement for a person who is a celebrity. These people put themselves on rag magazines, put their life out there, FOR everyone to critisize...that is what makes them a celebrity! It is the definition of celebrity. She isn’t an actress; she isn’t a sport star; she isn’t a politician; Bristol is a tabloid celebrity. SHE makes her life everyone’s business!
How does it affect anything? IMO it very much hurts her mother’s political prospects. MOO

Why does this have anything to do with Sarah? Bristol is a grown woman and makes her own decisions. This shouldn't impact Sarah at all.
She is this year’s Jerry Springer or Kate Gosselin. Pathetic.
The Stars get paid $ 125,000 for the first 2 episodes and then $20,000 for each week thereafter . They also get an addition $50,000 bonus if they make it to week nine of the competition.
So it works out to a maximum of $ 245,000 after it is all said and done which is not all that much considering how much the ABC and the Advertisers make off the show.

You are not getting it. Palin as governor was politically cornered. Much of her success as governor was owing to the help she got from the Democrats who also opposed the Republican old guard. That went away when she was put on the Republican ticket. Then comes the national Democratic party with a push to squash her and of course the Murkowski crowd with an eye to revenge. Palin, however, knew from the response she got that she had a constituency in the lower 48. She didn’t know how big it was until the book tour. Then came the Tea party movement, for which she is the perfect match as a politician. She is riding a wave. Can’t see how far that will take her until we see what happens in November.
Let’s not go overboard.
I’m sure NONE of the attackers here ever had sex out of wedlock. I am sure that none have had a family member marry because of pregnancy, or had a single woman pregnant in their families.
Face it, few if anyone would be on this thread (because we wouldn’t exist) if none of our ancestors got pregnant outside of marriage.

The Palin’s seem to have thick skin..(Unlike a certain President) I think she will do fine..but is obviously going to get horrible comments from the State Run media...... I would also like to place a bet that Levi will be crawling back to her once he see’s her dancing with another guy...(That Green-Eyed monster will get the best of him I think)
She is a pretty young woman whose talents are obvious. Apart from that, she is not making a bigger fool of herself than Tom Delay did. I think Tom actually enjoyed doing that. Look at the rest of the cast. Pretty middle-America. This is one show that would have fit nicely on the networks in the ‘50s.
In any case, I think this is a hint that Governor Palin has not intention of running in 2012.

Contrast Sarah with Jan Brewer....she is the one I want for President!
