I wouldn't go so far as to say that, but he would have to spend a bunch of money in an attempt to prevail and it will amount to much more than he likely would get from settlements. Whether he's willing to risk losing a large sum of money from counter suits if he loses may give him pause, especially if he pisses off some heavy hitters with this crap.
Shoot, I bet there's a lot of people out there better at litigation-as-a-weapon than he is. Better be careful what you ask for....
