I kinda like her. She has an honest face, and does not appear to be obstinate or defiant in any way.

Sounds like a potential congressional black caucus member to me. She can apprentice under Maxime (felon) Waters, then graduate to Charlie (NoTax Rangle), then to the Obamaloon (never had a real job) himself.

City Council confirms Diaz as Seattle's new police chief

http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/localnews/2012579940_policechief10m.html

"In the weeks leading up to Monday's vote by the City Council, critics, especially in the African-American community, have assailed Diaz for failing to repair the strained relations between police and Seattle's black community, particularly after a highly publicized incident in which a white officer punched a black teenage jaywalker."

(edit)

"Some critics even said they will work with him........"

*************************************************

How incredibly gracious and magnanimous of his critics to deign to work with Seattle's Chief of Police..
