Flashback:

The Gold Confiscation Of April 5, 1933

http://www.the-privateer.com/1933-gold-c...ation.html

On June 5, 1933, the United States went off the gold standard

Tracking wealth allows its confiscation, by means of taxation.
Taxation is a disincentive to own property, and create wealth.
Marxists create economic distress. If history provides evidence of failed solutions, repeating those solutions must be intended to bring about failure.

They really are stripping this country away from us at an alarming rate. I think it took Weimer Germany longer to fall.

The reason they are doing it may lie here:

They may be quite desperate.

If I create something like Social Security it's called a ponzi scheme and I go to jail.

If I run up debt and can't pay my bills, then turn around and print money at home on a good copier, it's called counterfeiting and I go to jail.

If I am a CEO and I have more debt than I can reasonably ever pay back and lenders knock on my door, I get put into bankruptcy.

If I as a CEO spend the money of my shareholders on things they never signed up for, spend the money of my lenders on things they never agreed too, if I play shell games with the money and misrepresent things on my financial disclosures, I go to jail. Politicians call that a political process, a stimulus bill.........

What would happen if I as a business tried to coerce, intimidate or threaten people into buying my goods and services, as will be the case with health care?

How come in a time of economic hardship, those that are supposed to be leading by example vote themselves pay raises, complain about their jets that can't fly from DC to CA direct....... What would happen if I were a CEO of a auto company in financial trouble using my OWN corporate money (not tax money) and fly to a congressional hearing?

If I sell people something and use deceptive techniques and then completely give them something lese which they never asked for, it's called false and deceptive advertising.

There is something seriously wrong in this country, and it's neither the average citizen nor business. Our government seems to be a little bit like Chernobyl, a run away chain reaction that will lead to disaster.

It is being repeated, through taxation. Taxing gold devalues it, tracking it allows it to be taxed again through property taxes.

On the bright side, gold is portable, and a black market will sustain its value.

Oh, before I forget- he needs a set of green fatigues to go with those glasses and beret, and real fancy golden epaulets too.
