Here in the blue part of Ohio, as far as I can tell, it’s anti-incumbent. GWB didn’t show fiscal discipline. The people around here voted Obama to punish the Republicans as much as anything else. (Bad idea, I know, but that’s what people tell me).

I have had quite a few people tell me they are voting anti-incumbent this fall.
