"America Can Survive Barack Obama - It Cannot Survive An Electorate And Mindest That Elected Him"
Friends and Fiends | unk

Posted on 06/30/2010 9:41:01 AM PDT by MindBender26

This was just emailed to me from an old friend at network.

-

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president.

The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.

The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president."

Of course, he may be much more than a fool.

He may be a very smart and cunning man bent on destroying America.

I just wonder what the outcome of the election would have been if it had been completely fair and no ACORN and fraud at the polls and no media that would call a state for one person with only 1% of the votes in. I just wonder how much of a difference it would have made.

And this group of ignorant Americans are now still at least 1/3 of the nation. Sad, but when the entire economy crashes and there freebie's end, they will riot.

“He may be a very smart and cunning man bent on destroying America.”

Cunning, maybe; smart, probably not! I had a friend who was a con man to the core. He pulled more sheist on people and always seemed to get away with it. The police pretty much left him alone because they thought he was crazy enough to exact revenge should they arrest him. However, he was not really smart. He ran his Cadillac head on into a pickup truck in order to total it and collect the insurance. Definitely not the brightest bulb in the pack!

BINGO.

The communists are not the problem. An ill-informed, immoral electorate that falls for promises and lies and elects communists to office is the problem.

This is why I think California is doomed and why I think the USA is doomed as well. We have flooded our nation with ill-informed immigrants who know no better than to fall for the promises of milk and honey from the communists. We already had a large immoral, ill-informed mass that was pushing us toward socialism. The huge numbers of immigrants is tipping that from balance to hard left as a national electorate.

I hope I am wrong. I hope the nation is still center right, but I am not sure anymore. Not with the masses of immigrants and their children. I’m just not sure any more.

Our nation can only exist with a moral, informed electorate. Absent that, we are doomed and will collapse from within. You can see it coming.

I pray to God I am wrong.

One of my previous taglines here was “have you risen above your own public education today?” I may have to bring that one back, as it’s becoming more and more obvious what the true fundamental problem has become: educated idiocy.

Remember Bush had a pretty unfavorable approval rating and McCain/Palin were running on empty. A GOP leader said if the GOP were dog food, it would be taken off the shelf.

Obama is moving into Bush territory so the GOP needs to come up a team with more promise this time.

Definitely true.

Four years of Carter pretty much torpedoed the thinking that led to his election. Four years of Obama can do the same thing. It is amazing how utter incompetence can lead to a collective renewal of common sense.

re: a fool with very smart people pulling his strings

The more I see of him the more convinced I am that you have it dead right. He is an instrument and he is being played very well by someone. And without the scrutiny of a free press, willing to examine him and report the findings without the prejudice of political correctness we have seen all along he is in a position to great harm to our country.

We didn’t get here overnight, and we can’t fix it overnight. I will however say that whatever progress we can make will be undone by the ACLU and NEA.

Removing the influence of these two organizations will go a long way towards helping restore our Republic.

Actually, it will not. The legislative process in Congress is so corrupt and distorted, that I think the likelihood of many of his policies being repealed are slim and none.

And, lest we forget, very soon he will have planted TWO Manchurian Candidates on the SCOTUS to ensure that his destructive policies will NEVER be repealed.

Many were deceived through lies and omissions during the 2008 POTUS campaign. This important fact cannot be glossed over. To change this, balance the MSM.

I point the problem squarely at the feet of the GOP as it has failed miserably in its responsibilities. This is our biggest problem!

We can never beat the other team with weakness. We lose because of centrists like McCain that compromise any foundation and strength the Republicans manage to cultivate. Despite this obvious problem, it is likely the people of AZ will foolishly reelect this centrist, and other regions may similarly elevate the RINOs. We cannot recover this way.
