There’s video but not of them actually running anyone off that I know of. It was said that they were making racial slurs at some voters and of course one had a nightstick.

That is all they had to do "stand there and look scary".
Others have falsely claimed that no voters were affected. Not only did the evidence rebut this claim, but the law does not require a successful effort to intimidate; it punishes even the attempt.
