I’m guessing they would have gone to an Egyptian port for inspection before the cargo was sent on to Gaza.

People often forget that Egypt also upholds the blockade.

The Iranian ship called "Infants of Gaza"It was Iran that sent thousands of their children across the mine fields of Iraq during the Iraq, Iran war. When the war was over, they refused to allow them to be returned to Iran.

It is appropriate that they would call them Infants of Gaza, because in the moslem world, sacrificing children is the way they operate.

The mistake that they made was to say that the ship would have "a delegation of lawmakers" on board.

They are good at sending their young, but totally chicken livered at going themselves.

I haven't heard of one Imam strapping on a suicide belt, but they sure encourage other people's children to do it!

They, the Iranians, knew that this would equate to a declaration of war. They will do it. They are just not ready yet.

It is my personal opinion that Israel should nuke them now. They are lusting for Har Maggidon, so give to them now.

Why should we allow our poor Persian brothers to wait?

Most of their navy dates back to the Shah’s time (70’s and early 80’s). No advanced weapons, no air cover, they wouldn’t survive 5 minutes against a modern force.
