Looks like you're making a big assumption given the fact more states are in the process of passing legislation preventing unconstitutional Obamacare from being enacted in their states and creating their own anti illegal immigration laws.

The Kenyan is going to naturalize all illegal aliens via presidential decree after the mid-term elections. Laws are not going to stop him.
Amnesty for illegals is a done deal and Bloomberg and the CEOs are preparing to give cover to Obama so his action can be spun as “leadership”. Get ready.
