I suppose sooner or later Israel is just going to have to say to hell with what the world thinks we need to send a strong and very clear message.
It's not hard to imagine Obama flying into a fit of rage if Israel decided to act with extreme prejudice without consulting him.It would illicit a lot of true colours from all over the place I think.
