“Huff faces his own indictment on federal charges of ferrying guns and ammunition across state lines with the purpose of inciting riotous violence.”
There is actually a law that says that?

The guy sounds like a nut.

This is the one they've been looking for - as an excuse to go after anyone else who disagrees with the current regime.
As usual though, things are probably not quite what they print at first.

does it really qualify as police work if the guy you’re looking for told you numerous times prior to the act?
wouldn’t the police be culpable for not trying to stop him or not trying to get him some counseling?

He is nuts. Now, if he planned to seize Sweetwater Brewary...

I would give him a pass, as long as he sent me a case...

What a crazy POS. It's loons like this that give normal gun-owning conservatives a bad name. Militiaman? What a nut!
And I know some people may pounce and try to defend militias, stating that this odd bit of humanity is an aberration. Let me tell you right off that I will be unconvinced. The days of that system are gone forever. And no, i'm not a troll.

What is it with the MSM using the full name of “right-wing militia gun nuts?” Most leftist activists get a first and a last, but those crazy right-wingers, they’ve got to be identified by their full names!

Thanks in large part to his public confessions, Huff faces his own indictment on federal charges
As funny as that sounds, that's basically what got Blago in all his troubles.
Blago's FIL is Chicago Alderman, Dick Mell, who got up in the Chicago City Counsel and publicly stated his SIL was a crook. After that the FBI couldn't ignore it and started tapping his phones.
