I don’t agree.

I think that only happens if you have an electorate that only wants to hear the Marxist message, or the best conservative candidate is so awful that he can’t draw any more than 30% of the electorate.

If either is the case then he wasn’t going to win any way.

I don’t think this rule prevents conservatives from winning, or being heard. The reason why conservatives haven’t been winning in California is because the electorate isn’t very conservative, and there haven’t been a really strong conservative candidates, and when I say strong I don’t just mean someone who can tick off the issues, but also a strong campaigner who can communicate the message.

Look, you can defend this every which way from Sunday if you think this isn’t a problem, but the fact is Republicans will not be selecting their own candidates. Democrats will be helping them do it.

That is NOT a good game plan.

Part of the reason, perhaps the main reason we have John McCain winning re-election time after time, is because Democrats are selecting him to run. You get a small part of the Republicans wanting McCain, and then a ton of Democrats. We can’t get a Conservative on the November ballot.

What’s your plan when the Dems don’t even loft a candidate, because they love our RINO so much?
