America's Most Powerful Woman (As The Overseer Of ObamaCare)

She's the most powerful woman in the country, exercising enormous control over the life of every American.

Not First Lady Michelle Obama or House Speaker Nancy Pelosi or even Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, though they have a lot of power. No, I'm referring to Kathleen Sebelius, secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

Ms. Sebelius was handed one of the biggest jobs in Washington when she left the Kansas governor's office to run HHS. She oversees about 70,000 employees (full-time equivalents), manages a budget of about $860 billion (for 2010) and runs the largest health insurance programs in the world, Medicare and Medicaid.

And now Congress has handed Ms. Sebelius the authority to implement the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (aka, ObamaCare).

A quick search of the legislation reveals that the word "Secretary" appears nearly 3,000 times in the 2,700-page legislation. And the vast majority of those references are to the secretary of HHS.

Over and over again we see: "the Secretary shall establish"; "the Secretary shall promulgate regulations"; "the Secretary shall develop standards"; "the Secretary shall periodically review"; "as the Secretary deems are important"; "the Secretary may develop and impose appropriate penalties"; "the Secretary may adjust the rates"; "if the Secretary determines necessary"; and "the Secretary has the authority."

Please remember that the only reason Sebelius (good friend of Tiller the Killer) is in this position is H1N1. She was rushed through to be able to deal with the Flu ‘crisis’. I knew at the time she was a disgusting piece of work but she barely had any confirmation hearings. This Admin has placed very radical people in high places in the name of dealing with their various manufactured crises.

I couldn’t find anything that she had been a lawyer. I found that she used to be executive director and chief lobbyist for the Kansas Trial Associaton. Also her husband is a federal magistrate judge. Neverthe less I would not trust her either

I have no doubt that Hillary would order the deaths of millions if it suited her agenda. She's Stalin in drag AFAIC. But she doesn't produce the same reaction in me that Sebelius does.

In fact Hillary even voted against that new-born protection bill that Barry0 supported twice. Even if that was just political strategy at least she could see that much.

She and Obama met at a law firm where she was working as a lawyer. Both do not have law licenses anymore and it’s anybody’s guess as to why.
