Amen to all that. And as President he suffered from very bad health: not only a massive heart attack but from long-standing bowel disorder. The amazing thing is that he was able to have the career he had and shrug off ailments that would have taken down a lesser man. He was a tough guy or else he would not have lived to age 77.
