Obama needs to be impeached and tried for treason.

What the hell is wrong with people.

When the liberals took over the education system, the rest was just a matter of time.

We had our last best shot in Nov 2008. We lost he won. Now we must pay the price. No way to sugar coat it. It’s what America wants. :(

The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to an electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The republic can survive a Barack Obama It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.” — Author Unknown

I’m confused. He’s at a -15. Why are you upset?

I could go on but ..... all of this is unexpected an Bush’s fault

The way people poll is funny. He’s usually at a higher negative during the week. As the weekend approaches his numbers get better. As far as I’m concerned just as long as his numbers are in double digit numbers I have hope for November.

I guess the same could be said in 1976 when Carter won. The people made a decision at that time...on that day. Yes, we have to live with the consequences, but it would be hard to say today that America wants Obama’s agenda when they soundly reject his agenda every time people get a chance to vote.

No matter what his poll numbers show, don’t think for a minute that it is a done deal that Obama will be a “one-term President”. When the Liberals, the Unions and the Blacks clean out the Crack Houses and HO Houses on Election Day, they still have the numbers when combined with all the Gay vote, the Abortion vote and 99 percent of the Black “Church folks” vote. Oh yeah; they have the friggin’ numbers.

Another example as to why rasmussen has destroyed his polling methodology. obama is not gaining popularity... he is sliding further down... and ras should fix his crap or quit.

It really is just that simple. People don't want to face the fact that America just isn't the country it was a few decades ago. The population is not the same. Demographics are working strongly against the GOP. People want their freebies, people want a quasi-nanny state, and ignorant people will always tend to vote for whomever offers them the most stuff. We are not a rugged individualist nation by any means these days.

Republicans will win elections when the left truly makes a mess of things, but it will be very hard to ever truly cut anything or make big changes. We are increasingly like Europe.

On the bright side, the one thing that could change all of this is a complete collapse of the current order. We are following in Europe's footsteps and they are headed towards a cliff. We may not be all that far behind. That will provide an opportunity for conservatives to make real gains and fundamentally make their case for an end to the social welfare state.

A very good outcome!

Even though the Index has ticked up a point this morning, the upward move was only one point. I would not have been surprised to see it go up by three points or so.

This morning’s numbers tell us that the ten-day moving average has now fallen to -14.00, whereas it had been hovering around -10 to -12 ever since April Fools’ Day.

So it really does look as if the Annøinted Øne’s public standing has now dropped in a significant way.

Bottom Line:

May the Trend be with Thee!

“What the hell is wrong with people.”

We need to change this in November or there won’t be a POTUS election in 2012! You know what Woody Allen said: “Dictator”.

They have the numbers now. Blacks, union members, gays, Latino's, etc, etc. There are enough aggrieved victim groups to assemble a majority. The left really only has to excite their base at this point. The Republicans almost have to hope things are so crappy in the US come election time that a portion of their base at least stays home. Additionally we really need to do a better job energizing our base because looking at results such as NY23 and PA12, it would appear we have more keyboard commandos than actual voters willing to get to the polls.

Because 2 days ago he was at -19

When the numbers are that low, it's his base that's upset with him.

The fact that he's berating AZ, etc. actually brings those numbers up.

The reason he was at -19 the other day was because the left was mad at him over his inaction at going after BP and the link they made to his taking BP campaign money. Check out DU next time he goes that low again. The headlines there will show that they're upset at the White House.
