Except, of course, gaining control of the borders.

Wait a minute. MSNBC said because of the amatuer nature of the bomb, it probably was a right wing extremist that was responsible.

Bullsh!t. I don't believe it at all. I think it was MS 13. Not uncommon for dumb splinter groups to take credit for something they didn't do.
Not even close to MS 13, but having been the mistaken victim of a firebombing at the hands of a latino gang, I can tell you their gang culture was thoroughly embarrassed they got the wrong house and failed. Had this bomb succeeded, I guarantee you the Taliban would not have been the first to say it was theirs.
I'm betting on MS 13.

What?!? Noooo! It can’t be! How dare the Taliban take credit for such a crude device! Not after MSNBC said a right-winger did the deed.

Gee, when something I make doesn’t quite work the way I intended, I admit to my mistake, but don’t rush right out to take credit for failure in front of the entire world.
Maybe the Taliban want their trophy for ‘participation’...

The Taliban evidently didn't get the
MSNBC memo: the device was "too crude" to be of Muslim origin.

Qari Hussain Mehsud from Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan accepts the responsibility of recent Attack on USA with Great Pride and Utmost Bravery That just killed pMSNBC's scheduled programming for today. They were already blaming the failed attack on "Right Wingers." Apparently, Muslims make high quality bombs.

The MSM had this one attributed to the Tea Party types.

On live coverage this morning, 8:13 a.m.
MSNBC "terrorism analyst" Evan Coleman was beside himself with the crudeness of the NYC bomb. He seems disgusted that this bomb doesn't meet the high degree of craftsmanship of the iraqi bombs. Essentially, all the good bomb makers use cell phones and some sort of military explosives. This bomb had neither. He sounded half taunting and half disappointed that this thing didn't kill people.
So, he concluded, that this has to be the work of some sort of "right-wing group." The heroes would have gotten this right.
That's the narrative on MSNBC right now - Muslims make better bombs, the crappy ones come from right wingers.
Want to eat yor words now MSNBC news-BOY?

I wonder if the Nappy headed ho in Homeland Security will change her statement now that muslims have owned up to it. This will blow their, “it was the right wing meme” right out of the water.

There may be something to this. Last December, the bustling little village of
Islamberg, NY was no longer bustling.
Something else to ponder; up and down the Hudson Valley, foreclosed, vacant homes have been stripped of appliances, water heaters, electric meters and propane tanks.....just about anything that wasn't nailed down for the last few years. Who is doing this is anybody's guess but the items are out there on the underground market.....including the propane tanks.

The SUV was also parked next to the headquarters of Viacom.
Viacom owns Comedy Central, which aired a recent controversial episode of the animated "South Park," depicting the prophet Mohammed in a bear costume, drawing the ire of some extremists.
Better to back to attacking Jesus and the Virgin Mary,
