Add to this that many Dims have been gerrymanders, racially or otherwise, into 90% Dim Congressional districts and you can see why so many seats could change hands this time.

Don’t discount the ACORN curve.

They can’t win if they don’t cheat.

Capitalism
60% capitalism is better ***
18% socialism is better
21% unsure

This pretty much explains why Obama hasn't sunk below 40% yet...39% either embrace or consider socialism. I fear that these are mostly young adults who were raised to think they are entitled to many things and that Big Daddy Government is there to provide it for them. The rest are old hippies and college professors.

The rest of this poll is very, very encouraging! Let's pray the GOP doesn't screw this up.

Ethics
Dem 35% draw
GOP 33% draw

The ONLY reason this has the ratio it does is because most people associate the Goldman Sachs/Wall Street crap going on now with the Republicans not the Democrats, never mind that GS and most of Wall Street are MUCH bigger supporters of the 'rats - both financially and with direct injection of people into the Administration.

If the truth was out there, it would be a 5% lead for the GOP.

You’d think the GOP couldn’t read polls the way they screw up support for what are highly populist issues.
