It's like a burglar expecting to be left alone just because he got in when you left the door unlocked.

When the door is not unlocked, the charge is not just breaking, but breaking and entering -- the law provides, as you say, for the criminal violation of trespassing.

And some buffoons on TV act all stupid, outraged at our calls that we need to take our country back, "From who?" they decry, (should be whom, genius). From just these types of offenders.

My analogy was more toward our border 'door' being open, but you got the picture. ;-)

Exactly. We've reached critical mass as far as the illegals are concerned. The feds not only DON'T do anything about it, they actively encourage it by bilingual handouts on benefits and assistance in signing up for every government giveaway.

This has got to stop, or the takers will so outweigh the productive class there will be no turning back.

Kudos to Arizona. IMHO, the State not only has the right, but the DUTY to protect its citizens from unwanted guests.
