This is my version of original intent also, but the libs always come back with “The 14th Amendment fixed that”. The 14th is for regular citizenship, IMHO, but the Constitution adds the burden of “Natural Born” to the prez and Vice prez. That is still there IMO for the President. The 14th fails to address the special requirement for prez.
I'm no lawyer, but I play one on FR and Obama still needs 2 citizen parents and has admitted to only one.
Even if the American people were proved beyond doubt that they had dedceived themselves in 2008, I am afraid they will have to vote for Obama in 2012 just to show that they don’t like being second-guessed by those who find the truth.
