Retired Army general: Lt. Col. Lakin has 'valid point' 'He has right to discovery. Producing birth certificate is very important'
From the article:
Asked whether Lakin will have a "right of discovery" during a court-martial meaning Lakin's legal team could compel the administration to produce proof of eligibility during the course of the government's prosecution Vallely replied, "Absolutely. Sure, he has a right to discovery. There's no doubt about that. Producing a birth certificate that has all the details on it, it seems to me, is very important."
Vallely added, "You can call witnesses. I would call the state government of Hawaii. I would require [proof of] which hospital he was born in. I'd want verification from the doctor or the nurse or whomever witnessed it that, in fact, it did happen in Hawaii. That has not been done to date. These are questions that have not been answered, and that's what concerns many people."
Actually, his birthcirtificate and place of birth are irrelevent to the question.
He is not a Natural Born citizen because his father was not a citizen. End of argument.
.
Without a birth certificate how could anybody confirm his true identity? You can’t even play little league without a BC!
Another real man stands out in the sea of cowards.
Only a Arrogant punk dirtbag who hates our country would refuse to show a longform BC at this point. This is our military being f@#kd with now. Our Defense.
Maybe Barak Hussein Binladen doesn't know about this?
My daughter was born in Yokosuka, Japan (I was acitve duty military). She has a notification of citizenship birth abroad for a birth certificate issued from the embassy in Tokyo. When my husband adopted her, Virgina issued a short form (COLB) birth certificate that states clearly on the bottom that this birth certificate does not infer citizenship. I have to keep both documents to ensure there is no confusion at a later date. This is why I want to see what President Obama used for school, SSN, passport, etc.... It isn’t asking a whole lot really.
