It certainly might not get to Hussein,particularly if a quiet separation is the plan.But would Hussein (or his handlers) really want a court martial here?

I believe that once it goes to court martial, his case is out of the hands of his superiors, and rather up the military courts. He and his backers must believe that the Uniform Code of Military Justice (which is more favorable to a defendant, interestingly enough, than the federal courts, and almost any state court system) gives them a better chance of getting a positive outcome than in the standard federal system.

Perhaps there is some Army judge who has the gonads to allow discovery to proceed for the birth certificate...and they know about him....

Given that something like 40% of the electorate does NOT believe Obama is a natural born citizen--therefore an illegitimate President--the more birther noise that is made, the better--as things like this in politics are corrosive.

There is SOME very good reason Obama has spent well over $1,000,000 in legal fees hiding his original long form birth certificate.
