Whether or not you responded, rabs, I was preparing this to say to you. I am pinging a group of people that I hope will keep me accountable for what I am about to say. It may seem a bit melodramatic, but here goes.....

I am promising, before God and these witnesses to leave this battle to the Lord, and never take it back.

I am offering my forgiveness to rabscuttle385, and asking him to forgive me for the things I have said that have fanned the flames of the hatred he feels for me.

I am promising never to post an unkind word to rabs again, and if any of those of you I have pinged see me doing so, I am asking you to hold me accountable and correct me.

This is, for rabscuttle, far beyond politics and has become a very personal attempt at character assassination, and I believe the only thing I can do to stop him is to never post anything other than an occasional post in response to one of the threads he posts.

It is very important for me to have these repeated attacks be over, and should rabs post any in the future, I am vowing before all of you and before God, to not respond.

I will, however, report the comment to the Mods (which I have chosen not to do before), and let them decide if rabs is over the line.

And I am also promising to continue to pray for rabscuttle.

This may seem a bizarre post to many on the list I have pinged, but I am truly asking for your help, whether you agree with me politically or not.
