People are finally reading this horror show of government intrusion. I would be making up campaign ads of these individual language tropes! Rove could be killing this.
Actually, that is not Rove’s job .. it’s actually the job of the RNC .. but they don’t seem to be that engaged in this process at all. I can tell you if the RNC would make a few commercials with these parts of the bill in big letters, the donations would be pouring in.

These refers to 3200 which is not the final bill, 3590 is. Some of this is ambiguous in 3200 as I read it, but it some instances it looked plausible and true to meaning. The legal language is written in dense code (which is Obama’s MO) and the Judge’s interpretations may actually be correct - wait for more input.
