Me too. I answered #1 and checked the box in #9 for “Other” and then wrote in “American”. Every other question was answered with N/A. Personally I am looking forward to opening up a can of whoop ass on the poor slob that comes to my door, starting with Buruk 0bozo’s birth certificate.

I put “3” for the number of people in our home and “American” for the question on race. Nothing more.
Got a 2nd one after a semi-threatening reminder postcard. Put the same info.
I screen my calls as well as my front door before opening it. They got my answers - twice now - and I will answer nothing else (including the phone or door if I don’t recognize the person)
dont know the answer to that, but I would like to know the answer to why my mother's address, which is in a highly democratic congressional district....(her rep, a member of the Demo Black Caucus, who ran unopposed in 08) has received THREE census forms.... conversations with numerous neighbors and friends in her district, have revealed that they also received more than one census form...yet in phone and email contact with friends in conservative districts in Florida and Louisiana, they have not received, even, their first census form..

We live in a heavily repub area and all of us got our census pre letter and the census. But since the white house took the census from the commerce department, I doubt that our numbers will be counted. It’s who counts the votes that counts.
I also filled out my census as “native american”. From now on, the most I will admit to is being a “light skinned native american”. As far as I know, I’ve never been dianosed as caucasian.
"Human" is another option for that one.
Since my local government is supposedly getting a grand off of my answers, in addition to my local taxes, I’ll split the grand with them, or no dice.
If I gamble & win $1200.00+ at slots, they hold their hands out (W-2G form).
When I lose $300.00, they are no where to be found.

See I am not a lawyer and I solved the question in one sentence.
Lawyers today could not make a pimple on the a$$ of the founders.
The founders created a new type of foundation for a vastly superior government in about 18 pages whereas today's lawyers needed 2900 pages to just socialize 1/6th of the economy.
Because the USA was so successful, and some part of human nature seems to abhor success, the socialists/communists/Marxists/progressives HAVE to crush us and get us to fall in line with their failed system of government. We were, and I stress WERE, way too successful and we were showing up the statists for the failures that they have always been. This can not be allowed to stand in their minds.
We need a revolution to get back to the Constitution and not to have to be a lawyer to figure out if we need to answer a question on a census form.
If a census form is this complex in the legal world how the hell do we get out of bed in the morning without violating some federal or state law?

Your problem is that you have no developed skill in reading legal text. By inflicting that inability on your fellow freepers, you misguide them. I’m sure you mean well, but seriously, you don’t know what you’re talking about. Frankly, what you’ve written is a menace to any conservatives who give it credence and it should be disregarded.
The detail in the analysis is not an accurate presentation of the language in the law.
I did my census form today. I indicated there were 4 people residing in the home. Period. Thats all the info they need to apportion representation for the Congress.
