A-G to file suit in Rocket Docket today noon not unreasonable
Sometime just after 11.15a.m. theAttorney General of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Ken Cuccinelli, will file an unprecedented suit questioning the constitutionality of the health care reform bill passed by the House of Representatives this past Sunday.

VA’s AG Ken Cuccinelli is saying late summer. He said it is not a slam dunk and it is not “does not have a prayer” case. Could go either way.

Anybody who hasn’t figured out by now that the sole intended purpose of Obama’s radical legislation is to bankrupt, and permanently cripple the country, and make it vulnerable to its enemies, is blinder than an albino cave worm.

Sounds like some of the people here defending McCain who gave us McCain-Feingold which gave the Dems control in the 2006/2008 elections. That laws screwed us and Rush predicted and Bush failed to veto it.
